Even if you feel very anxious, once at the airfield, you will meet the qualified guides and receive a pre-jump briefing, you will be informed of important rules and principles to keep note of during the flight to altitude and exiting the aircraft, as well as the proper body position during freefall, parachute flight and landing procedure. So you will know exactly what to expect for. Very soon your confidence will grow and by the time you board the aircraft, you will feel ready ! Jumps are usually performed at an altitude of 10,000 feet – more or less 3,000 meters.

In providing their guests with a top-notch tandem skydiving experience, they will give you the experience of a lifetime with an amazing view of the island and the Indian Ocean. The flight before the jump offers a complete 360º bird’s eye view of Mauritius’s awesome coastal, inland and mountain scenery. Once you jump connected via a harness to a tandem instructor, getting some freefall time before the canopy is deploying will give you an amazing sense of freedom for half a minute ! Then, after freefall, you still have a flight under an open parachute, which takes about 5 minutes. The full duration of the skydiving excursion is about 1 hour.
