We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property itself is lovely – spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained.
The outdoor space is truly incredible, set right on the beach with stunning views and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Our host was so kind and responsive, always available to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Nathalie, who helped organise our stay – she was fantastic from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back again! Highly recommend

This was our second time booking our Mauritius adventure with Marie from Smart Villas, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. We are a family of four and stayed for a month — we couldn’t be happier with the excellent support and service that Marie organized for us.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Koudesoley in Cap Malheureux, Mauritius, for three weeks. This was our second visit, and we were thrilled to be welcomed back. Thank you to Marie from Smart Villas, the owners, and housekeepers Marie-Noelle and Danielle for their generous hospitality.
The villa is secure and private, with exquisite sea views, and a local beach on its doorstep. It was a wonderful base for our trip - spacious, well-decorated, and with a lovely ambiance. The main bedroom, in particular, was special, opening onto the outside deck and pool, with views of Coin de Mire island and coconut trees in the lush garden.
There are beautiful wall paintings in each room, and the villa is immaculately maintained. The location is central in the north of the island, with close proximity to the local fish market, shops, beaches, resorts, and restaurants. A special thank you to Marie-Noelle, who warmly welcomed us each day and cooked delicious meals. It was a real treat to experience authentic Mauritian cuisine, made with a lot of care. We felt like part of the family!
We loved the early morning birdsong in the gardens and watching the sunset skies. It was the perfect place for us to relax and restore, and we hope to visit again soon.
